Promiscuity is not safe. Anal sex is particularly dangerous if they are promiscuous. I suggest you do not do it. I doubt it would be violated in a public bathroom, but also with a condom can still have an STD. Condoms can not be exposed to any bacteria or virus to your partner can have. There are other avenues to explore to their sexuality.

I would recommend at a bar instead of a bathtub. It seems you are new to the scene. A bathhouse is hard a), if you got a friend and b) which is much more "liberal" and an open environment. Sure they are safe during the game. Why not start with, meet people, make friends, connect a few times (just be careful) And if you feel more comfortable / familiar with your lifestyle, then you can explore bathhouses.
